Starcore Refrigeration Ltd having its registered office at B/1 H3 B1/H3, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Area, Mathura Road Block B, New Delhi – 110044 India and factory at G-16,17 RIICO Industrial Area, Shahjahanpur Alwar Rajasthan-301706 India , warrants to the original registered end-user commercial purchaser (“Buyer”) that the Products sold to the Buyer will be free of defects in in materials used and workmanship ( ordinary wear and tear expected ) for the time periods set forth below:
Mechanical components covered under warranty:
WARRANTY FOR 12 months from date of commissioning or 15 months from date of dispatch whichever is earlier
Electrical components covered under warranty:
WARRANTY FOR 12 months from date of commissioning or 15 months from date of dispatch whichever is earlier
Sensors Relay Boards , MPCB, contactors and relays , SMPS , Chokes , Harmonic filters , transformers any terminals , fuses , SPP’s MFM meters , Ct’s , MCCB’s or any other electrical item . UPS battery warranty is not applicable under any circumstances and are advised to be changed every season.
*Note: Any Moisture ingression found in the PLC warranty does not apply
** Consumables like grease, Oil, Circlips, Conveyor belt Pins, PP strips and UHMWPE, ADF track Rollers, Shakers Screen Locks, Heaters for shakers and doors, and magnetic switches are not covered under warranty.
*** Puf Panels delamination of sheet of any kind as SS304 PUF panels are prone to delamination.

Compressor Gauge Panel, KRMS: Warranty is provided by the OEM Kirloskar for their compressor. Starcore only does the Installation of the compressor. The OEM is also responsible for commissioning the compressor. Please refer to the link for the warranty

Repairs & Refurbishing
Electrical components covered under warranty:
WARRANTY FOR 12 months from the date of commissioning or 15 months from the date of dispatch whichever is earlier
PLC electrical panel enclosure, PLC HMI * and PLC cards*, VFD * are covered under warranty repair and not replacement. Customers are advised to purchase spare HMI and PLC cards for their operation, as any damaged part has to be sent back to the OEM for necessary replacement or repairs.
The following parts are not covered under warranty in the PLC panel
