Our presence in the processing machines sector is complemented by the complimentary freezing solutions we offer. Food processing machines churn out high quantities of products in a shorter span of time, reducing labour and automating the process. Various steps of the food process include washing, destoning, field soil sedimentation, sieve/rod/flood/aeration washing, de-podding/cutting to sizes, grading, blanching, cooling, dewatering, freezing or cooling/metal detection, and finally packing.

The products we make are suitable for processing the following fruits and vegetables:

  • Green peas: steam or water blanched
  • Sweet corn: combined with a de-husker, de-Silker, manual or automatic kernel remover with steam or water blanching
  • Green beans and chillies: in conjunction with a snipper, washers, and dual blancher
  • Ladyfinger: with manual top and tail cutter, steam blancher, and spray water coolers
  • Cauliflower and broccoli: with manual floret cut with steam blanching or dual blanching and spray cooling
  • Karela, onion rings: with a cutter washer and partial blanching with steam
  • Cubes of onion, potato, carrots, and cabbage: with dual blanching and washing, spray cooling
  • Mushroom: with slicers, flood water washing, and blanching in hot water
  • Spinach, parsley, basil, methi, and leafy vegetables: with flood washers, steam blanchers, and spin dryers
  • Drumstick: with cutters, dual blanched
  • Pumpkins: diced cut and steam blanched

The list is endless, and with various machine combinations, we can process bulk vegetables. Fruits are normally not washed, blanched, or cooled after skinning and are directly cooled or frozen.

Integrated with an Automatic management system using AI and ML with data binding, the DSA works with PLC systems to automate the process once feed on the line.
