STARCORE Refrigeration Ltd has been pioneering in making food processing machines like IQF, Spirals, Freeze Dryers, Blanchers, Coolers, Flood washers, and Ready to Eat lines since the last 17 years. These machines offer reliability, and quality and can endure a 24 x 7 production cycle. As our valuable customer, you have been the testimony of time and usage of this machine

In order to make your business stronger and the machines performance more reliable we propose the following services:

  • Preventive Maintenance services -Once a year during May to October
  • Spare Sales and Consumables which you can stock with you
  • Per call-based service – Emergency calls
 

Preventive Maintenance services

  • Can be booked from May to October
  • A minimum of two to 3 days is required for this service
  • No spares or consumables are covered and have to be arranged by you in advance to the visit
  • The service is available for a all inclusive price of Rs 41000/-
  • Oil for gear box extra at 27000/-
  • Diaphragms for air side are available at Rs .5000/- per piece
  • Grease for minus 40 applications is priced at Rs. 2300 extra
  • Gst will be extra as applicable
 

Spare Sales and Consumables which you can stock with you so that you don’t encounter emergencies during the season

  • A list of essential spares and consumables you must hold in stock is attached for your reference
  • Pl Order this so that you do not end up in a emergency breakdown during the season
 

Per Call-based Emergency Services

  • This service is applicable if you stock essential spares with you without which it will be difficult to arrange for parts immediately
  • Normally all parts take 2-3 weeks for delivery and cannot be arranged immediately on-call
  • The emergency Services can be only provided for PLC hardware and software and no mechanical parts.
  • It is essential that you should have a broadband connection with a static IP address a laptop and a network ethernet cable to give you on line support during any breakdown in the season. This service is free on call for all IQF supplied during the year 2022-23 but does not cover IQF ‘s supplied earlier that the year mentioned
  • For attending to a PLC hardware and software complaint physically at site an amount of Rs 37800/- will be charged extra and will be serviced within 24 hours.
 

(PLEASE NOTE ALL HARDWARE, ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL SPARES WILL HAVE TO BE STOCKED BY YOU TO GIVE YOU THIS SERVICE)

STARCORE Engineers are equipped with a Service Van with all essential tools and tackles. The van has a dedicated driver and a team of two engineers who can always deliver service from the vicinity of Delhi NCR, around 300 km radius just in a matter of 12-24 hours. It is essential that a minimum list of essential spares need to be stocked with you to enjoy services.

  • Diaphragms for the air side are available at Rs .5000/- per piece which kas to be changed after every 3-4 months of working.
  • Grease for minus 40 applications is priced at Rs. 2300 extra to be changed after every 3-4 months of working
  • GST will be extra as applicable
  • Boarding and lodging for two people to be arranged by you.
  • Your factory Maintenance team has also be deputed alongside with your team for learning and help.

STARCORE REFRIGERATION LTD. was founded by Mr. Kartik Nagarajan and Mrs. Ramachandran Padmavathi in the year 2012. India was very new to the frozen food processing business, and only a few companies were able to freeze agricultural produce that would otherwise decay if not in demand or consumed.
